MEMBER COMMUNICATION POLICY

 

ARTICLE V SECTION 3 OF BYLAWS

 

The Board of Directors shall provide access for the public, new service applicants, or Members to the regular meeting of the Board of Directors by setting aside a time for hearing of suggestions, proposals, or grievances. The Board of Directors shall establish reasonable rules for access a such meeting.
